Re: Mashq no 4: (arbi me tarjuma karo)
Wa alaikumus-salam wa rahmatULLAHI wa barakatuHU sister,
The word 'ain" is singular. The "un" part is the sound of the tanween ( double diacritical marks ). It is not a sign of duality.
Similarly, the word "lamiah" is singular and is used for a feminine mawsoof, and again the "un" part is the sound of the tanween and not a sign for duality.
Note that "ain" or any other body part for that matter, that exists in pairs ( such as the eyes, ears, legs hands etc) are considered feminine in Arabic Language. Hence, their sifat will also be feminine.
Secondly, yaum is a complete day including the night..... but nahaar is only from sunrise to sunset.
Wa Allahu A'lam,
JazakILLAH Khair,
Wassalam ma'al-ikram
P.S. Please remember this aajizah in your duas.
