Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatULLAHI wa barakatuHU wa maghfiratuHU,

5) Salaatun fareezatun

7) al-yaum ul- kabeeru

Ash-shaiy ul-jayyidu or Ash-shaiy-ut-tayyibu

9) Al-uroos-ul-qabeehatu ( uroos or bride is a female that is why we said 'al-qabeehatu' and not al-qabeeh for that would be a sifat for a person or a thing belonging to the masculine gendercategory )

11) Ar-reeh-ush-shadeedatu ( reeh is considered as having a feminine gender )

13) al-harb-ut-taweelatu ( harb is also feminine )

14) al-yad-ul-qaseeratu ( when "al-" is prefixed to a word, it does not get a tanween(double harkat)).

15) qalbun mutmainnun

17) Fatimatul-Allamatu

Jazakallah sis for giving your precious time to teach me.It is very confusing how can I understand which word is feminine ?There are so many words in ,in arabic we know that at the end we add "tu" but this is not in english.

Well, as one's exposure to Arabic language increases, one's ability to identify things such as genders etc enhances simultaneously, but yes, this has to be coupled with a lot of practice and revision.

By the way, the genders for harb etc have been mentioned in Arabi ka Muallim. I guess it is on the last page of the lesson you just covered, MashaAllah...
